We guarantee that all our products are free of contaminants, and free of defects. They are guaranteed 30 days from the date of expedition. We also guarantee that they are safe and harmless. We are certain of this for a number of reasons. Every ingredient is picked in nature and uncontaminated by pesticides and other chemical pollutants. Again, this takes some explanation. Canada is largely unpolluted and the quality of the air and ground water is exceptional (cities excepted), compared to other developed countries. All the plants used in our preparations grow in the wild in remote, unpolluted areas only known to First Nations people. They are picked by experienced pickers from the Innu Nation, who fully respect the habitat and the plants’ sustainability.
The active ingredients in the plants contain natural properties that prohibit contamination, even after a product has been opened. The preparation method depends entirely on Nature and its cycles and this, of itself, guarantees that when the product is at the end of its maceration cycle, it is proven to be at the peak of its energetic capacity. This is measurable. We do not guarantee product results for legal and ethical reasons, even though we are confident that they work every time; this is based on centuries of empirical evidence. All human beings are different and react in their own unique way. Sometimes it may take a little longer to get the desired result.
It’s rare that a package is damaged in transit. However, when it does — you must retain the damaged product plus the damaged or tampered box. You need to contact customer service with clear proof (photos). Once that’s been done we will promptly send out the replacement.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We do not accept checks, money orders or PayPal.
All sales are final. We accept NO RETURNS and issue NO REFUNDS on all our products due to several reasons: proper handling, possible tampering, quality, freshness and liability. We have no way of knowing what someone does with the product once it is out of our hands. Therefore we never accept returns to ensure your safety, and your privilege of getting the freshest and best quality products available. If equipment is defective or needs repair and is covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty, please contact the manufacturer immediately.
